About the role

  • Axos Bank Target Range: $115,000.00 /Yr. - $130,000.00 /Yr.
  • Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
  • This role combines strategic planning, program management, internal communications, and operational excellence to ensure the Consumer IT department runs efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Support the SVP, Head of Consumer Bank Development in developing and executing strategic plans
  • Executive Support & Communication
  • Serve as a sounding board and thought partner to the Consumer IT leadership team
  • Drive risk management and compliance initiatives, including audit readiness and data privacy.
  • The Consumer IT Staff Operations Manager is a key strategic partner and right hand to the SVP, Head of Consumer Bank Development, responsible for streamlining operations, aligning departmental operations, driving critical initiatives, and facilitating effective decision-making across departments.
  • This individual serves as a force multiplier for the leadership team, ensuring the organization operates efficiently, stays aligned with strategic priorities, and maintains a culture of accountability and excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting, operations, strategy, or executive support roles
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and a proactive mindset
  • Proven ability to influence and lead without direct authority is preferred

Compensation

  • $115,000.00 /Yr. - $130,000.00 /Yr.
