Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 6+ direct reports to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations
- Guide and support team members while promoting a strong culture of safety and quality
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production schedules and deliver on time
- Review batch records and documentation to support accurate and timely batch release
- Train, coach, and develop team members to support performance and growth
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and solve operational challenges
- Perform administrative tasks such as shift handovers, meetings, and team communication
- Ability to collaborate across teams and contribute to a positive work environment

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in GMP manufacturing, ideally in biologics or a similar environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coach and guide team members
- Ability to make sound decisions using logic, critical thinking, and process knowledge
- Experience supporting training, onboarding, or staff development activities
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and follow defined procedures
Nice to have
- AS or BS degree in a science-related field preferred
