Responsibilities

  • Be the creative thought partner people actually want in the room: opinionated, collaborative, and grounded in what the data says.
  • Performance & Optimization Monitor creative performance, analyze results, and iterate quickly to optimize creative direction Build and maintain a testing calendar and creative playbook that scales.
  • Ensure the team doesn't reinvent the wheel every month Own a reporting framework that clearly surfaces the good, bad, and what to do next Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with our ASO team to evaluate new creative, review store content, and build a steady pipeline of experiments across app store placements Partner with our Social and Content teams to cross-pollinate ideas.
