About the role
- Entegris is currently seeking a Senior Specialist, Technical Program Management, to be based in our Chaska, MN location.
Responsibilities
- Own project management responsibilities of multiple projects within the SBU
- Drive process efficiency within your SBU by tracking metrics/KPI's and working to implement process improvements
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and Product Management leadership to lead the direction of the SBU

Requirements
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to ~10%, as business needs require
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or related area of Engineering, or in a Business-related focus.
- 7+ years of experience in New Product Development, with experience in systems integration (electronics required & plastic injection molding preferred)
- Familiarity with PCBA, motherboards
- PMP, CPPM or something similar preferred
- Strong project leadership skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience with Excel, Power BI, MS Project and Accolade
Compensation
- Annual bonus eligibility
- $100,500 - $127,500 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
