About the role
- Run the operational rhythm of each event - readiness reviews, integration testing, go/no-go checkpoints, and live-event command - so issues are caught early and resolved fast.
- Communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders at every level, from individual engineers to executive sponsors.
- Capture lessons learned and continuously improve the integration and operations playbook so each event runs smoother than the last.
Requirements
- Experience delivering large-scale live events, media productions, or other high-visibility programs with hard launch dates.
- Experience integrating and managing SaaS or third-party vendor platforms within a larger technical ecosystem.
- Experience leading live operations or command-center-style execution under time pressure.
- Hands-on experience with API development and integration - designing, building, and troubleshooting REST or similar APIs to connect distributed systems and third-party services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to align and influence stakeholders across engineering, product, and business teams.
