Responsibilities

  • Our partner is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager based in United States.
  • You will design and execute enablement programs that improve sales productivity, strengthen go-to-market execution, and support successful product launches.
  • Working across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams, you will help create alignment and consistency across the customer journey.
  • You will play a key role in developing sales capabilities, optimizing processes, and driving measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate combines sales enablement expertise, strong project management capabilities, and a data-driven mindset to improve commercial performance.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, go-to-market strategy, sales operations, program management, or a related function.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and insights to guide business decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, sales enablement tools such as Highspot or Seismic, and project management solutions such as Asana or Jira.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer journeys, product positioning, and revenue growth strategies.

Nice to have

  • an MBA is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Skills

  • Define and monitor key performance indicators related to sales productivity, deal velocity, win rates, and overall revenue impact.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and optimization strategies.
  • Gather feedback from sales and customer-facing teams to continuously improve tools, messaging, and enablement programs.
