Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate services and UIs used daily by shippers, carriers, and drivers.
- Own Problems end to end.
- Fluency with SQL schema design and data modeling for transactional & analytical workloads.

Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production systems at scale.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage LLMs/AI agents to boost velocity and solve novel problems.
- Proven track record of owning problems end to end
- Experience stabilizing and scaling large code bases

- You'll work across the stack to design, build, and operate mission-critical services - embedding AI agents, stabilizing and scaling high-volume systems, and automating workflows that eliminate manual work.
- Successful engineers here move with 10× speed, recover quickly, understand fundamentals deeply, and own outcomes end-to-end.
- If you want to build world-class systems, solve real-world complexity, and operate at the intersection of AI and logistics, this role is for you.
- Embed AI/LLMs (Vertex AI, open‑source models, agentic tools) to automate decision‑making and super‑charge developer productivity.
