About the role

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by handling inquiries and support requests via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents following the data protection act.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Capability to maintain a calm demeanor when handling stressful or challenging situations.
Requirements
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems such as managing files and records.
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Spanish, Mandarin, or French preferred.
