About the role

Voyager Technologies is seeking an Energetics Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily production operations in the energetics and rocket propulsion manufacturing areas.
This role ensures that all operations involving energetic materials, propellant formulation, component assembly, and testing are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with internal quality systems and safety regulations.
In this role, the essential functions are:

Track and report key performance indicators (scrap, throughput, downtime, rework) and lead corrective actions to improve performance.
Participate in and lead 5S, lean, or continuous improvement activities to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
Support audits and customer visits and uphold company policies, procedures, and values on the production floor.

Knowledge of energetic material handling and hazardous production operations.
Proficiency with manufacturing and documentation systems (ERP, MES, or traveler systems).
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and process flow documentation.
Be 21 years of age or older.
Applicants must be eligible to obtain any required export authorizations from the U.S. Department of State or the U.S. Department of Commerce.

In-depth knowledge of energetic material handling, rocket motor assembly, and hazardous production operations..
Experience with automated manufacturing systems
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, 5S, and six sigma methodologies.
Supervisory Responsibility
Direct daily activities of Operators and Technicians in assigned work areas.
Train personnel in operating procedures, safety protocols, and technical tasks.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and recommend advancement, corrective action, or additional training as needed.

Colorado pay range
$85,000 - $120,000 USD
The good faith base salary range for this role is $85,000 - $120,000 at the time of this posting.
