Act as the primary design review stakeholder for second-party content, ensuring external partners' work meets D&D's rules standards, quality bar, and brand alignment
Provide design and development support across internal products, contributing content and product refinement
Serve as a deep subject matter expert in D&D's rules systems, design conventions, and mechanical standards
Collaborate with producers, project leads, and graphic designers to build project schedules
Apply combined design and editing experience to strengthen rules language, catch inconsistencies, and improve usability across manuscripts and final files
6+ years developing RPG products with significant credits on products from known publishers
A track record of developing innovative and balanced game mechanics
Life & Family Support

Bachelor's degree in the liberal arts, or equivalent professional experience
Strong familiarity with Dungeons & Dragons and proficiency in the fifth edition rules

$112,000 - $168,000 USD
