Responsibilities
- Act as the primary design review stakeholder for second-party content, ensuring external partners' work meets D&D's rules standards, quality bar, and brand alignment
- Provide design and development support across internal products, contributing content and product refinement
- Serve as a deep subject matter expert in D&D's rules systems, design conventions, and mechanical standards
- Collaborate with producers, project leads, and graphic designers to build project schedules
- Apply combined design and editing experience to strengthen rules language, catch inconsistencies, and improve usability across manuscripts and final files
- 6+ years developing RPG products with significant credits on products from known publishers
- A track record of developing innovative and balanced game mechanics

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in the liberal arts, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong familiarity with Dungeons & Dragons and proficiency in the fifth edition rules

Compensation
- $112,000 - $168,000 USD
