Requirements
- Five (5) years of progressive leadership experience in workforce programs and/or grant management.

- Knowledge, Skill and Technical Qualities:
- Exceptional leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in integrating non-credit and credit-bearing programs.
- Proficiency in the use of a personal computer and current software applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to make decisions and take actions independently in a variety of diverse situations.
Compensation
- Administrative Faculty - D The Starting Salary $103,901
