  • Five (5) years of progressive leadership experience in workforce programs and/or grant management.

  • Knowledge, Skill and Technical Qualities:
  • Exceptional leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in integrating non-credit and credit-bearing programs.
  • Proficiency in the use of a personal computer and current software applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to make decisions and take actions independently in a variety of diverse situations.

Compensation

  • Administrative Faculty - D The Starting Salary $103,901
