Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and support to Personal Lines service team members
- Assist with onboarding and training, helping new team members build confidence and skills
- Support retention efforts by reinforcing strong client relationships and service excellence
- Support a service-driven approach to account rounding and retention
- Partner with leadership to improve processes and enhance team efficiency
- We broker commercial and personal lines insurance which manages the risk for individuals and businesses.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of Personal Lines insurance experience
- Strong understanding of Personal Lines coverages and service processes
- You enjoy mentoring others and contributing to a strong team culture
- You are motivated by improving processes and enhancing the client experience
- You are looking to grow your career on the service and operational side of the business
- MUST have a Property & Casualty license.
- While prior management experience is not required, a desire to lead, support others, and grow within service and operations is essential.
