About the role
- Pastoring, serving and caring for students and their families at the campus level, while coordinating on-site services and events for the MIX.
- Leading CFStudents weekly experiences like Wednesdays, owning the MIX experience and environments, and helping with events (Camps, Retreats, etc.) alongside other various projects within CFStudents.
- Recruiting and onboarding volunteers while implementing and maintaining accurate volunteer tracking systems and leveraging our church database system.
Responsibilities
- This position serves in all efforts to disciple students, lead and support ministry, build volunteer teams, and execute events.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in student ministry.
- College graduate, or degree in progress, preferably in a related field of ministry.
Compensation
- This is a part-time, 25-hour-a-week, salary position that fully supports and works alongside the Boynton Beach CFStudents Director.
