This individual will work closely with operational leaders, IT teams, revenue cycle stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure successful solution adoption and long-term client success.

Drive workflow optimization and adoption best practices that improve operational efficiency, financial visibility, and patient financial engagement outcomes.
Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting implementation timelines and customer satisfaction goals.
The Solution Adoption Consultant serves as the primary client-facing consultant for Waystar solution configuration, workflow design, and implementation execution during the implementation lifecycle.

This role partners directly with health systems and hospital organizations to support the adoption and optimization of patient financial workflows and technology solutions.
Through a smart platform and better experience, Waystar helps providers simplify healthcare payments and yield powerful results throughout the complete revenue cycle.

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Waystar solution implementations supporting patient financial operations within healthcare systems and hospitals.
Partner with hospital and health system stakeholders across Patient Financial Services (PFS), revenue cycle, treasury, accounting, and IT departments to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Waystar solutions.
