About the role
- Guggenheim Investments is seeking an exceptional Associate to join its Corporate Actions team.
- Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Actions, this person will join a highly collaborative team responsible for ensuring that mandatory and voluntary Corporate Action Events, as well as Proxy Votes, are processed on a timely and accurate basis.
- Additionally, this person will assist management with drafting processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in corporate actions or similar field
- Knowledge of the Fixed Income, Private Assets, and Bank Loans
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products is required with a particular emphasis on Excel and Access
- Basic Qualifications
- Process monthly and quarterly proxy notices

Compensation
- Annual base salary between
- $100,000.00-$105,000.00
- The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position.
- The range listed reflects base salary only, and the total compensation package may include other components such as incentive compensation.
