Responsibilities
- Strategic Long Range Planning & Decision Support
- Scenario Modeling: Where necessary, be able to build sensitivity analyses and stress-test business concepts.
- Support the Business Development team, acting as the financial architect for critical, non-standard corporate initiatives-such as market entry/exit strategies, new business initiatives, brand portfolio optimization, commercial restructuring, or M&A evaluation.
- Support company valuations and work closely with Advance on any support needed in this area
- Financial support to Transformation Project Management Office:
- Establish and oversee rigorous financial tracking frameworks and KPIs to monitor milestone-based spend, manage budget variances, and objectively validate the realization of targeted cost savings or value creation.
- Provide CFO with the financial visibility to ensure the transformation projects drive sustainable, long-term profitability and are meeting their finance goals.
- Commercial Financial support to Business Development Team Launching New Initiatives:
- Commercial finance co-pilot to the Business Development team helping to drive the financial strategy behind high-stakes growth initiatives, brand licensing, and strategic partnerships.
- Work closely with the business development team to support post-deal financial tracking and performance analysis, providing the executive leadership team with the critical insights and progress milestones.
Requirements
- Being able to think macro, but execute with micro-precision is required.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, comfortable with handling lots of data and delivering quality outputs with minimal review required
Compensation
- Ownership of the Global LRP process: Design, orchestrate, and execute the annual 5-year global financial planning process across all brands and geographic markets, working closely with function and market teams.
