Responsibilities
- Aspire encourages internal mobility and supports employees in exploring growth opportunities across the organization.

- The only exception is an in-program, same-role shift change, which should be handled directly with your manager and HR Partner.
- This role serves as a key resource for ensuring the EHR system supports high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, documentation accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to translate operational, clinical, and regulatory needs into practical system workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical users.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Within Aspire Footprint, must be able to commute to an Aspire office in any state
- Bachelor's degree in health information management, healthcare administration, information systems, human services, nursing, social work, or a related field preferred. High School degree required.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience working with an Electronic Health Record system required.
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, human services, or ID/DD services strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Electronic Health Record systems, workflows, and documentation practices.
- Knowledge of healthcare or human services documentation requirements and the importance of data accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
- Ability to develop training materials and provide effective staff training and coaching.
- Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information appropriately.
Nice to have
- Experience working with system vendors and participating in software testing or implementation projects.
- Familiarity with HIPAA, Medicaid documentation requirements, and state-specific service documentation expectations.
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, or data validation processes related to EHR data.

- Experience supporting multi-site or multi-state operations preferred.
- Experience with system administration, workflow design, training, or implementation support preferred.
Compensation
- $50,000-$65,000 annually
