About the role

  • Position Summary ​ The Furniture Repair Technician 1 repairs, restores, and inspects merchandise that has been damaged or has manufacturer defects.
  • Will work inside the shop or on the dock ensuring outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
  • Position Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience working with upholstery, an array of fabrics, wood furniture, leather and veneer finishes.
  • Strong working knowledge of leather repairs, wood repairs including scratches, dents and split wood.
  • Certificates and Licenses: None Required

Compensation

  • Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members.
  • Holiday pay (full-time only)
