Requirements
- Experience that counts.
- 2+ years of processing residential loans in NON-QM Loans, specifically DSCR & Bank Statement loans within the past 2 years.
- You've worked in an LOS, you can read a credit report in 60 seconds, and you know the difference between program guidelines and investor overlays.
- You know when an appraisal will come in, short before it's even ordered.
- You know when to use actuals vs. market rent and which investor accepts what.
- When underwriting pushes back, you know if they're right or if you need to resubmit with clarification.
