About the role

Responsibilities
- Daily Operations & Employee Support
- Gather and relay employee feedback on the workplace to help drive continuous improvement
- Manage the swag program
- Liaise with janitorial team to maintain office organization and cleanliness
- Serve as a liaison to building management regarding facilities issues
Requirements
- Ability to identify root causes rather than settle for quick fixes
- Familiarity with tools and resources for resolving office-related issues, including desk booking systems, AV equipment, and facilities management platforms
Nice to have
- Previous experience in office management, facilities, or hospitality preferred
Compensation

- The US base salary range for this full-time position is: $100-140K + equity + benefits.
- Our salary ranges are determined by location, level and role.
- Individual compensation will be determined by experience, skills, and job-related knowledge.
