  • OCF Realty is a leading property management firm based in Philadelphia that is committed to providing exceptional services across a diverse portfolio of residential.
  • Schedule: This position is full-time and requires a commitment to one regularly scheduled weekend day (for example, a Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday schedule).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct tours of available apartments and homes for prospective residents Explain rental policies, application requirements, and the screening process while addressing prospective resident's lease related questions before they are transferred to the applications team Maintain a keen eye for detail during showings, reporting any unit issues to property management Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective residents, offering personalized service Provide administrative support to the leasing department as needed, including scheduling showings and managing email correspondence.
  • We are seeking a licensed Leasing Agent to support our leasing efforts.In this role, you will showcase our 3,000 managed to potential tenants while delivering top-notch customer service.
