Oversee daily warehouse operations-including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and organization of goods.

Responsibilities

Sunday- Wednesday, 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM What You'll Do Lead, train, and coach your team to meet or exceed performance goals in productivity, quality, and safety.
Plan and coordinate production schedules, allocate resources effectively, and maintain accurate time and production records.
Manage warehouse activity related to sales, purchasing, and record control to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Ability to thrive in diverse environments - from cold storage (-20°F / -25°C) to dry storage (up to 100°F / 37°C) - while wearing company-provided PPE and freezer gear.
