About the role
- Agility 360 is searching for an experienced Default Mortgage Attorney in Memphis,TN for one of our clients.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain default files in accordance with the firm's compliance requirements
- Review and sign documents in the default process, including motions, notices, affidavits, and other pleadings
- Maximize client billing opportunities while maintain a clear focus on compliance
- Maintain investor expectations by prioritizing and working at a fast pace with high volume of files.
Requirements
- J.D. from an ABA accredited law school, required
- Experience in the default servicing industry
- Review and compile documents required for the default process
Nice to have
- License to practice law in other states is a plus
- Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac approved is a plus
Compensation
- Pay Range $50,000 to $60,000
