About the role

  • Conduct training on the operation and use of biometric and identity management systems.
  • Receive, review, and adjudicate system issues related to fielding and sustainment activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to assign responsibilities and resolve technical and operational issues.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee system procurement, fielding, sustainment, and lifecycle support activities.
  • Manage system upgrades, technology refresh efforts, and sustainment activities.
  • Coordinate with Army units to support system fielding, training, troubleshooting, and technical integration.
  • ANSER is seeking a Operations Manager / Trainer to support system procurement, fielding, sustainment, and logistics operations for Army and DoD biometric and identity management systems.
  • You will collaborate with Army units, government stakeholders, and contractors to ensure successful deployment, sustainment, training, and operational support of mission-critical systems.
  • You will also support program execution through schedule management, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination to ensure program success in cost, schedule, and quality.
  • Create and maintain the master program schedule to track program status, timelines, costs, and resource requirements.
  • Experience supporting the Army Total Package Fielding (TPF) process, including New Equipment Fielding (NEF), New Equipment Training (NET), Platform Integration (PI), and Technical Field Support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.
  • Experience supporting DoD or other U.S. Government contracts.
  • Strong understanding of Army acquisition and sustainment processes.
  • Experience coordinating fielding, logistics, and sustainment activities across multiple stakeholders.
  • Develop and update user guides, lesson plans, course curriculum, and other training materials as required.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting OCONUS deployments and logistics operations.
  • Familiarity with Army fielding schedules, sustainment planning, and lifecycle management activities.
  • Prior experience supporting enterprise biometric or identity management modernization initiatives.
