About the role
- This role will be based in TX-SAN ANTONIO, 4751 HAMILTON WOLF RD, STE 101.
- Schedule: This position will work an 8-hour from shift 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (CST) Monday to Friday.
- Additional hours may be necessary based on company needs.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Requires a HS diploma or equivalent and previous experience in an automated customer service environment

- Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
Skills
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or related certification preferred.
- Knowledge of the 340B program and experience with specialty medications is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with benefits investigation and pharmacy PBM processes is preferred.
- Proficiency in using healthcare information systems and Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
- General knowledge of company pharmacy services, products, insurance benefits, contracts and claims preferred.
