About the role

  • In this role, the Mechanical Technician will be responsible for the efficient and accurate maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical equipment on-site, while ensuring a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.
  • The ideal candidate should reside in the Dover, DE area or be comfortable commuting to the location.

Responsibilities

  • Documents maintenance and repair work, creating detailed reports
  • Implements preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and extend machinery lifespan
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift and frequently stand, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
