Responsibilities

  • Own the Partner Experience
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for Evvy's clinic and practitioner partners
  • Build strong, trusted relationships across clinic teams and become a reliable strategic partner over time
  • Ensure every new partner has a seamless onboarding experience, from account setup through first order and ongoing adoption
  • Proactively identify friction points, adoption barriers, and opportunities to improve the partner experience
  • Partner closely with Operations to resolve complex or high-priority partner issues with speed and care
  • Build & Scale Operational Infrastructure
  • Help design and improve internal workflows for onboarding, account management, issue resolution, and partner communications
  • Maintain strong internal communication loops so partner feedback reaches the right teams quickly
  • Support the commercial team in building scalable systems and processes as Evvy grows

Requirements

  • You genuinely enjoy being the person that partners rely on, and you take pride in making their experience with Evvy exceptional.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, partnerships, or operations in an early-stage startup
  • Experience managing multiple relationships and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally across teams including Operations, Marketing, Clinical, and Commercial
  • Comfort working within CRM systems and operational tooling
  • Helpful but not required:
  • Familiarity with fertility clinic workflows or clinical operations
