About the role
- Every breach, every failed audit, every new hire stuck in onboarding purgatory traces back to the same question: who has access to what - and should they?
- Identity is where modern companies break.
- Too little grinds the business to a halt.
Responsibilities
- Own the project plan. Maintain project plans, schedules, and status documentation; check for past-due dates and request updates; keep track of every change made to the plan.
- Run a tight ship on project calls. Build structure for recurring project calls - set the agenda, keep the discussion on topic, and don't let Solution Architects (or anyone else) wander off-track. Coordinate meeting logistics, action items, and follow-ups.
- Keep the RACI clean. Define and maintain the project RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) for each engagement so everyone knows who owns what.
- Report status, internally and externally. Own weekly project plan updates, deliver a weekly status report to the CSM and leadership, and produce both the internal status report and the client-facing progress summary for every project.
- Use AI to scale the work. Use AI/Claude skills to help manage recurring reporting and status work so updates stay consistent and timely without eating the team's bandwidth.
- Build relationships that make delivery work. Build working relationships with the internal teams supporting each engagement, and follow established project management practices and procedures.
Compensation
- $117,000-$132,000. Note that this range is a good faith estimate of likely pay for this role; upon hire, the pay may differ due to skill and/or level of experience.
Benefits
- ๐ฅ Medical, dental & vision insurance - 100% of premiums covered for employees, 60% for dependents.
- HSA and FSA available with employer contribution.
- International benefits align with local standards.
- ๐ง Mental health support - Access to mental health resources and support.
- ๐ช Monthly wellness stipend - A monthly stipend for gym memberships, fitness apps, and whatever helps you recharge.
- ๐ก๏ธ Life & disability insurance - Life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability coverage available.
- ๐ด Flexible PTO - Flexible time off with a minimum annual requirement, because rest is part of doing your best work.
- ๐ถ Parental leave - Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave for expecting parents.
- ๐ $1,000 annual learning stipend - An annual budget for courses, books, conferences, and certifications.
