Too little grinds the business to a halt.

Own the project plan. Maintain project plans, schedules, and status documentation; check for past-due dates and request updates; keep track of every change made to the plan.
Run a tight ship on project calls. Build structure for recurring project calls - set the agenda, keep the discussion on topic, and don't let Solution Architects (or anyone else) wander off-track. Coordinate meeting logistics, action items, and follow-ups.
Keep the RACI clean. Define and maintain the project RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) for each engagement so everyone knows who owns what.
Report status, internally and externally. Own weekly project plan updates, deliver a weekly status report to the CSM and leadership, and produce both the internal status report and the client-facing progress summary for every project.
Use AI to scale the work. Use AI/Claude skills to help manage recurring reporting and status work so updates stay consistent and timely without eating the team's bandwidth.
Build relationships that make delivery work. Build working relationships with the internal teams supporting each engagement, and follow established project management practices and procedures.

$117,000-$132,000. Note that this range is a good faith estimate of likely pay for this role; upon hire, the pay may differ due to skill and/or level of experience.
