Responsibilities
- Strengthen relationships with partner organizations and identify improved avenues for treatment and clients' success.
- Valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, and willingness to drive clients highly prioritized

Requirements
- Must pass a required b ackground check.

Compensation
- No financial compensation, including compensation for relocation, is available.

- Assist clients in accessing health services and resources and gaining self-sufficiency.
- Provide public transit orientations to clients or transport client s to one health appointment weekly.
- Identify areas of growth and development for IRC-SLC's health program and assist in program development goals.
- Other, as assigned and/or determined by Health Program Supervisor.
- Background and/or current study in public health, health promotion, social work, psychology, or other related field,
