- Experience in wood products, paper, or heavy manufacturing industries CMMS and data analytics experience Certification in reliability (e.g., CMRP) or equivalent Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Unplanned maintenance related downtime reduction Maintenance cost per unit of production PM/PdM compliance rates Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) Work Environment Frequent travel between sites Exposure to industrial manufacturing environments Availability for off-hours support as needed Success Profile Strategic thinker with the ability to execute at the plant level Strong influencer across multiple sites and leadership levels Data-driven with a focus on measurable results Hands-on leader who drives accountability and cultural change Hunt Forest Products, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
