Responsibilities
- Ability to develop consulting business, including developing proposals and making presentations
- Experience in developing, implementing, or managing PSM programs
- Experience in developing, writing, and implementing PSM plans, procedures, design philosophies, design bases, engineering specifications, standard operating procedures
- Experience developing and evaluating/auditing PSM management systems and advising management at all levels of the organization to effect positive change to operational excellence.
Requirements
- Managers: 10-15+ years' experience required
- Engineers / Consultants: 5-10+ years' experience
- BS/MS in related engineering field (chemical, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, safety) or associated science degree.
- Ideal candidates will be "Seller Doers" with existing client connections and an ability to generate new business.
