About the role
- Working in our Investor Center, you will engage face-to-face with your clients, providing mentorship and personalized planning, while helping expand the reach of the firm's brand.

Responsibilities
- We fully support you with an open architecture product platform and top resources in the financial industry, while you nurture relationships with an existing client base.
- Proven success in building relationships, uncovering needs, and recommending solutions
- Ability to present complex solutions to a knowledgeable client base while building rapport and credibility
Requirements
- The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed and hold appropriate state registrations, OR ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire
- Degree or equivalent experience and/or other professional certifications are helpful
- Ability to thoughtfully introduce clients to different investment strategies and bring together additional client assets while engaging in positive, client-centered discussions
- Committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience with a passion for seeing others thrive
- Extensive knowledge of investment solutions

- Fidelity's Onsite Working Model
- Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles.

- This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
- The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 per year.
- Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
- Base salary is only part of the total compensation package.
- Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
