About the role
- As the specialist virtual behavioral health provider, NOCD, wants our Therapists to focus on what's most important - treating and caring for our members.
- NOCD is looking for Independently Licensed Therapists (LP, LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in Washington to join our network.
- As a NOCD Therapist, you will see our team is committed to achieving clinical excellence, an exquisite Therapist experience and providing proven & visible clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities
- ongoing consultation with other team members; specialized clinical training with experienced OCD providers; information on the latest research advancements in the field; technical support and clinical protocols; 1:1 mentorship to discuss complex cases; and an open, receptive environment to provide feedback.
- Providers will collaborate with our network of psychiatrists and therapists to help develop and reinforce treatment decisions.
- NOCD creates access to online therapy for people with OCD through our telehealth platform.
- We will provide the training necessary to become a specialized therapist and ensure you are fully equipped to deliver effective, evidence-based treatment.
Compensation
- $65k-$95k
