About the role
- We're looking for a Senior Product Designe r to join our Venture Studio team within Product & Engineering.
- This is a unique opportunity to help shape and visually define new ventures from the ground up.
- This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving, zero-to-one environments and wants to set the creative direction for a growing venture studio.
Responsibilities
- Translate product requirements into user experiences, information architecture, and design flows
- Rapidly iterate and evolve prototypes from low-fidelity concepts to polished, interactive designs
- Build high-fidelity responsive UX and UI prototypes for web applications based on user stories and product requirements
- Create and maintain a shared design system and component library for use across the studio's ventures
- Partner closely with product leadership to define and refine design direction
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure seamless design-to-code implementation
- Contribute to building a strong, collaborative design culture within the studio
- Deep expertise in Figma, including design systems, prototyping, and team collaboration
- Working knowledge of CSS to maintain and evolve a shared component library
- A strong portfolio that shows an ability to tell stories through design and bring early-stage ideas to life
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design or UI/UX design, ideally within a startup, venture, or design-led company
Nice to have
- Passion for visual storytelling and designing products that inspire and engage users
