About the role
- Hiring for a Preconstruction Manager, responsible for the daily management, supervision, coordination and successful completion of project preconstruction phases to achieve the cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating and bidding.
Nice to have
- Preferred four (4) year degree in a construction related curriculum.
- Preferred achievement of LEED AP.
- OSHA 30 hour certification preferred.
