- Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor of science in industrial engineering or related field or equivalent via education and/or work experience - 2 years' related work experience in industrial engineering - Proficiency in industrial engineering principles, process design, and optimization techniques - Strong data analysis and critical thinking skills, with knowledge of statistical and mathematical modeling - Familiarity with engineering software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, MATLAB, ERP systems {ORACLE}) and simulation tools.
- Ability to communicate findings, recommendations, and technical details clearly to cross-functional teams - Demonstrated successful working relationships with clients, suppliers, and other internal and external contacts - Demonstrated successful and positive personal leadership, interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and communication skills - Demonstrated continuous improvement in areas of responsibility - Proficiency in MS Office programs - Availability for travel, both domestically and internationally, up to 10%, occasionally with short notice Preferred Qualifications - Master's degree in industrial engineering - Lean manufacturing and/or 6S concepts - 5 years' related work experience in industrial engineering with experience in high-volume manufacturing and automation projects - Demonstrated experience in the manufacturing of power electronics or inverters - Familiarity with solar power systems and battery storage systems - Experience working with production lines involving mechanical/electrical connections, circuit boards, and high voltage switches - Demonstrated proficiency in implementing Lean manufacturing principles and techniques, such as 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, and Value Stream Mapping, to enhance production processes and minimize waste - Experience with project management tools, e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana - Familiarity with ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems) or ISO 14001 (Environmental
