Requirements
- The posttion is also responsible for accomplishing duties required of a Concession Worker/Barista to ensure efficient operation of the Nosh concession area.
- Demonstrated knowledge of specialty coffee/snack bar operations.
- Must be able to distinguish between different denominations of currency and make change.
- Must be able to review and comprehend all necessary documentation.
- Ability to effectively and efficiently move around food service area.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain all appropriate licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
