About the role
- Legends Global has an excellent and immediate opening for an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager position with Legends Global Knoxville.
- Operating and investing in the world's most important stadiums, arenas, convention centers, and theaters requires unmatched dedication and the most profound expertise.
- This position is responsible for overseeing the full-time and part-time banquet servers, as well as contracted personnel, within the Food and Beverage Department.

- Must possess TABC card or be able to obtain it within 90 days.
- Daily lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Constant standing, walking, stooping.
- Constant reaching and handling products.
- Ability to work extended hours productively.
- Fast-paced, very physical environment.
