About the role
- This internship program is designed to provide data analytics support for various programs, projects, and initiatives across the Americas.
- It is intended to help identify and leverage leading analytics tools and technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI) and large language models (LLMs), to streamline sales enablement and channel strategies, improve sales productivity, and drive incremental revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop data-driven insights to support decision-making across sales and marketing teams.
- Support implementation of AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness of prospecting efforts.
- Identify and consolidate internal and external data sources to support prospecting and reporting initiatives.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and queries to monitor key performance metrics.
- Create reports and visualizations that communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into actionable sales strategies.
- Exposure to sales, marketing, manufacturing, product development, and technical support functions.

Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex datasets.
- Foundational knowledge of programming languages and data analysis tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Who we're looking for
- You are currently in your sophomore or junior year at an accredited university, pursuing a degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, and are excited to apply advanced analytics to real-world business challenges.
- Desire to learn business automation tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.
- Strong skills and/or interest in AI, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making in a business context.
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Work Conditions & Schedule
- Duration: At least 12 months, with a preference for candidates entering their junior year who may be available for up to two years, with the potential to convert to a full-time hire.
- Start Date: Targeted for June 2026.
- Schedule: Full-time during summer (40 hours per week)
- part-time during the school year (10-20 hours per week).
Compensation
- Hourly Pay: $30.00-$32.00 (Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.)
- The intern pay rate for this position is $30.00-$32.00/hour plus eligibility for paid holidays and medical benefits.
- Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
