About the role

  • This is a seasonal role running through mid-October.
  • Properly care for assigned equipment by inspecting machinery before and after each use, cleaning machinery after each use, making necessary minor adjustments to equipment and reporting machinery/equipment problems to the mechanic.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay on task.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.
  • Physical Requirements
  • Physical activities include standing, walking, bending, lifting, and operating tools or equipment. Team members should be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds as needed.
  • Working Conditions
  • Work takes place in a resort environment with both indoor and outdoor settings. Conditions may vary based on role, season, and business needs.

Nice to have

  • Safely operate equipment and accessories as trained.
  • Duties may include, but not limited to, daily chicken care, daily check for resort cleanliness, loading and unloading materials, trimming trees and other horticultural tasks, landscape installation and renovation.
  • Identify and inspect individual lots for cleanliness daily after checkout.
  • Assess plant material on individual lots for time-sensitive maintenance for weed control.
  • High school, college degree, required or preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets Company safety guidelines.
  • Ability to safely operate or learn to operate equipment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
