About the role
- Area 2: All currently employed full-time temporary technician personnel and all current traditional members of the Connecticut Army National Guard.
- Experience performing routine aspects of supply work based on practical knowledge of standard procedures, where assignments include individual case problems related to a limited segment in one of the major areas of supply management.
Requirements
- For positions requiring the operation of motor vehicles, candidates must have a valid state driver's license for the state in which they live or are principally employed.
- NGB prescribed courses at NGPEC must be completed within 6 months of assignment to this position.
- Experience using computer and automation systems.
- Experience conducting extensive searches for required information
Skills
- Knowledge of established supply regulations, policies, procedures, and other instructions applicable to the specific assignment.
- Knowledge of all phases of Depot Level Repairable (DLR)/Class 9 (CLIX) repair/repairable items procurement and returns program.
- Knowledge to conduct extensive and exhaustive searches for required information to reconstruct records for complex supply transactions.
- All applications will be considered regardless of Branch/AOC/FA/MOS.
- Incumbent will be required to be assigned to compatible military position within 1 year of selection.
- The selected individual may be required to attend formal technician school training.
Compensation
- $57k-$74k
