Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one (1) year of related customer experience required.

  • As a Host you are the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, friendly, and organized dining experience.
  • This position is responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations and waitlists, seating guests efficiently, and maintaining smooth communication between the front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
  • What You'll Bring:
  • Warmly greet every guest upon arrival and departure.
  • Escort guests to their tables and provide menus or direct them to digital menu options.
  • Answer guest questions about the restaurant, menu, or wait times.
  • Organize seating charts and assign tables to servers to maximize efficiency and balance workload.
