About the role
- Axos Bank Target Range: $70,000.00 /Yr. - $100,000.00 /Yr.
- Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Salesforce declarative customizations and automations, including Flows, validation rules, and page layouts
- Develop a deep understanding of Consumer and Commercial Banking operations to lead complex initiatives and integrations that enhance sales and service capabilities
- Perform core Salesforce administration activities, including: User and role management, reports and dashboards, and support of Agile workflows
- Manage nCino-specific platform functionality, including package maintenance, configuration, customization, LOS support, and banking system integrations
- Serve as a liaison between business users and IT by gathering requirements, performing business analysis, and providing day-to-day user support and troubleshooting
- Partner with Commercial Lending, Credit Administration, and other business teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced business outcomes
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure successful product releases, upgrades, and ongoing platform enhancements
- The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform to support business objectives.
- This role partners closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, drive user adoption, and ensure system performance, security, and data integrity.
- The administrator also provides user support, training, and ongoing enhancements to maximize platform value.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Strong understanding of data quality, governance, and data integrity best practices
- Hands-on experience building custom reports and dashboards

- These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
