Requirements
- Proven experience in all phases of litigation, including preparation of pleadings
- The New York, NY office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP seeks a Litigation Associate with 2-5 years of experience to join our Product Liability and Mass Torts Group.
Nice to have
- Admission to the New York Bar required, with experience practicing before courts in the State of New York.
- Federal court experience preferred.
