About the role

Responsibilities
- SNF Partnership Development: Build meaningful relationships with skilled nursing facility administrators, directors of nursing, and regional leaders to introduce and grow Skilled Wound Care's physician-led model
- Clinical Conversations: Use your nursing background to speak confidently about wound care outcomes, treatment protocols, and the clinical and financial value our services bring to SNF partners
- Relationship Management: Nurture long-term relationships with SNF partners built on trust, clinical credibility, and consistent follow-through
- Performance Goals: Work toward clearly defined goals with the full support of our training and leadership team behind you every step of the way
- Growth Mindset: An eagerness to learn, grow, and develop new skills - we will provide the sales training and tools you need to succeed
Requirements
- If you have a nursing background, a natural ability to connect with people, and the courage to step into new opportunities - we will teach you everything else.
- Familiarity with wound assessment, treatment protocols, and the clinical challenges SNF staff face daily
Nice to have
- Performance-based quarterly bonuses tied to partnership growth and account activity
- Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing required

Compensation
- $90,000 to $130,000 depending on experience
