- You'll serve as the go-to expert on the team for managing core productivity tools, ensuring secure and seamless access across platforms, and supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support tools like Slack, Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other business-critical applications
- Manage user provisioning and access audits
- Implement and validate cross application integrations
- Maintain IT documentation and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with network and security engineers to ensure compliance
Requirements
- Experience in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration
- Familiarity with IAM platforms (Okta, Entra ID, Google Identity)
- Experience supporting SaaS tools like Slack, Jira, Confluence, Zoom
- Experience mentoring junior IT engineers and team members
- 5+ years in IT support, systems administration, or operations
- Exposure to scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.) and automation
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
