Responsibilities
- Collaborate with city staff on nuances and ambiguities
- We support rollout programs for brands like J.Crew, Solidcore, and Hibbett Sports, as well as major data center buildouts, EV charging networks, and other commercial projects.
Requirements
- To be successful in this role, you are likely someone with:
- 3+ years in either construction management or architecture, with a focus on project management
- Experience applying for and obtaining construction permits
- Ability to research permit requirements with accuracy
- Help conduct permit research with a high degree of accuracy
Compensation
- $80,000 - $95,000 base + Equity
