- IMAC Deployment Technician - Job Outline: The IMAC Deployment Technician is responsible for the installation, movement, addition, and change (IMAC) of end-user computing equipment across client sites.
Responsibilities
- Will need to be able to manage an iPad, manage a checkout system, and manage a like root-based map system.
- Perform workstation setups, relocations, and hardware refreshes
- Provide basic troubleshooting and support during deployment activities
- Coordinate with project leads and site contacts to meet deployment schedules
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with IMAC or deployment services
- Knowledge of desktop hardware, peripherals, and basic networking (LAN, cabling)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow deployment runbooks
- Disconnect, pack, transport, and reconnect IT equipment as required
