Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise acquisition professionals supporting CDC procurement operations
- Support CDC procurement planning and acquisition strategy development as a subject matter expert. Develop draft justifications, contracting strategies, and source selection documentation
- Manage the review and administration of contract deliverables, including monthly progress reports, status reports, and performance metrics
- Track procurement request workloads, procurement administrative lead times (PALT), and performance objectives
- We specialize in systems engineering, advanced analytics, R&D programs, and strategic advisory support.
- BryceTech is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead acquisition support services for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Office of Acquisition Services (OAS).
- The Program Manager will serve as the primary interface with Government leadership, ensure contract performance, manage staffing and workload distribution, oversee quality control, and support the successful execution of procurement actions throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
- Demonstrated experience managing acquisition support programs or acquisition teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience in contracting, acquisition planning, or a combination of these disciplines
- Knowledge of FAR, HHSAR, and federal procurement processes
Nice to have
- Previous experience supporting CDC, HHS, or other federal civilian agencies
- Experience with Integrated Contracts Expert (ICE)
- Experience managing cradle-to-grave acquisition operations
- Experience supporting multiple contract types and complex acquisition requirements
- Position is contingent upon contract award.
