About the role

This role demands hands-on expertise with hypervisors such as ESXi, KVM, and Proxmox, as well as a thorough understanding of computer hardware, and operating systems.
You will also need the ability to travel to customer sites and Quvia's Points of Presence (PoPs) as needed.
Your work will have a significant impact on the performance and security of our systems, contributing to the success of our next-generation products.

As a Systems Engineer, you will work closely with our team of software developers, QA, support, and operations personnel to ensure our systems are robust, efficient, and secure.

Ability to work 3-5 days per week from our HQ office in Miramar, South Florida.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting various hardware, software, and operating system platforms
Proficiency in networking technologies across all OSI layers.
In depth knowledge of computer system components and operating systems
Experience with Next-Generation Firewalls and SD-WAN solutions
Ability to automate workflows with Bash and Python scripts
Familiarity with REST API and tools such as curl and Postman
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Project management experience and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
